There are some of us who still have to rely on the CRT monitors since the ultimate color purity that the CRT offers for editing colors cannot be had in an LCD monitor. This color purity issue may have already been addressed in manufacturer’s labs but a commercially viable product which an average person can afford has not yet hit the market. So photo editors prefer old used CRT computers.
Opposite to increasing demand for Used Computers, there are factors like import tariffs, high transportation costs, drop in the price of new PCs, in addition to environmental evasion, that are preventing used computers from finding buyers.
